We use new Carters brand bodysuits and add a super sparkly glitter heat set applique and our original signature heart on the backside. This design can be made with any birthday number, just leave a note at checkout if you would need a number change. If you choose a size 2t and up it will come on a White short sleeve (or long sleeve if requested) shirt.
