The tutu is the perfect shade of Alice blue made with layers and layers of soft fluffy tulle, with a white "apron" tulle accent and a black glitter bow.  
Our tutus are made with top quality tulle that is securely sewn in place. They measure 7"-8" long, this length is the best for the fullest skirt.
