We use new Carters brand bodysuits and add a super sparkly gold glitter heat set applique and our original signature heart on the backside.
The tutu is a dark aqua color made with layers and layers of soft fluffy tulle and a gold bow. Our tutus are made with top quality tulle that is securely sewn in place. They measure 7"-8" long, this length is the best for the fullest skirt.
